Did you type your username or password in correctly? Did your name recently change? Sign-In fields for Non-Google schools are case sensitive. Always confirm you are using the correct spelling of the email assigned to you. Often times students and instructors realize that they are entering a capitol letter when the correct spelling is all lower case. Avoid these glitches by double-checking you are entering your email in the exact same spelling as what was issued to you.
Access Errors
OpenClass is added to my school's domain, so why can't I access it? Understandably, it's very confusing to see OpenClass listed under the /More... menu in Google and not have the ability to access it. Remember, only school administrators control who has access to OpenClass. If you are not able to login, ask your administrator to add you to the institution and enroll you in a course. Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Students must first have user roles created for them at the institution level, and then be enrolled at the course level to access OpenClass.
